Cole has been a Financial Advisor since 1999 with a goal of putting his clients first.  His practice entails helping clients with retirement income strategies, financial planning decisions, and wealth transfer programs.  Clients' situations change over time and his team works to stay ahead of those needs and make sure their situation is handled with strategic precision.  They pride themselves in giving their clients an individualized tailored approach to financial planning.  Their team works to give the best client service possible with their best interest always at the forefront of everything they do.

His team's mission is to understand the client's needs and to make sure those needs are met in a professional and timely manner.  For over two decades he has built deep, trusting, and long term relationships with his clients and their families to help build generational peace of mind when it comes to wealth transfer.

Education and Credentials: 

Cole is a graduate of Hanover College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.  He holds professional designations with the College for Financial Planning of AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist), CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor), and CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist).

What is a CRPC®? A CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR, or
CRPC®, designation from the College for Financial Planning indicates that the holder has
completed a rigorous course of study that addresses pre- and post-retirement needs,
including asset management and estate planning. Additionally, individuals must pass an
end-of-course examination, agree to adhere to standards of professional conduct, and
are subject to a disciplinary process.

What is an AAMS®? Earning the ACCREDITED ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST,
or AAMS®, certification from the College for Financial Planning means that a financial advisor
has successfully completed a course of study, passed an exam, and is compliant with a Code of
Ethics, which includes agreeing to abide by the Standards of Professional Conduct. In
addition, the designation is subject to renewal requirements every two years, which in includes
the completion of 16 hours continuing education, and a reaffirmation to the Code of Ethics.

What is a CRPS®? A CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING SPECIALIST, or CRPS®, certification from the College for Financial Planning indicates that the holder has completed a rigorous course of study that addresses design, installation, maintenance and administration of retirement plans. Individuals must pass an end-of-course examination that tests their ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations. Additionally, individuals must
agree to adhere to standards of professional conduct, and are subject to a disciplinary process.


Personal:

Outside of work Cole is an active member of his community.  He has served on the boards of the Flora Community Development Corporation, Flora Academic Foundation, Clay County Hospital Foundation, Flora Airport Authority, and been a pro-bono advisor for various other civic organizations. He belongs to the Flora Masonic Lodge, Flora Elks and Ainad Shrine Lodge.  He is married to Kristen and has two children Eli and Elise.  He enjoys attending children's sporting events, boating and volunteering in his community.
